Supporting the productivity of care staff and engagement with caregivers
CARES4CAREGIVERS is a mobile app that allows care staff to improve the quality and productivity of completing daily tasks. It also allows them to collaborate with family members or caregivers to deliver holistic care to patients/ clients.
Delivering care offsite to home-bound patients can be a communication and supervision challenge for caregivers and clinicians alike.
Our co-founder and Medical Director (Admin), Dr Shinsuke Muto is all too familiar with this hurdle – he runs four home care clinics in Japan serving over 1,500 elderly patients with 24,000 home visits annually.
With these care insights, our engineers developed CARES4CAREGIVERS, a mobile app to help supervise, monitor and support caregivers and self-care patients. Caregivers use the app to log important data such as vital signs, medication intake and nutrition. Clinicians and family are able to assign care tasks to caregivers. All data is synced to the CARES Care Management Platform for close monitoring by clinicians.
