Since 1st July 2021, Tetsuyu has been participating in The Tech Showcase, which is part of the NCSS Social Service Summit 2021. This is an annual event that brings together leaders from the social service ecosystem to build networks and collaborate for change.
The theme for this year’s Summit is: Reimagining the Social Service Sector.
Key Highlights:
- Overseas and local keynote speakers, Mr Aaron Dignan and Mr Lee Poh Wah, will be sharing on the future of work as well as innovation in service delivery.
- Launch of Industry Digital Plan and a Tech Showcase to provide systematic guidance and solutions for social service agencies (SSAs) to access and accelerate digitalisation in the sector.
- 4 Breakout Sessions with small group discussions to deep dive into the topics of: Future of Service Delivery, Sector Leadership, Partnerships in Sector.

During the event’s opening address, CARES was mentioned by NCSS CEO, Ms Li San Tan.
In the live stream, Ms Li San Tan highlighted the importance of improving productivity and quality of healthcare during this day and age, especially in Singapore. With rapid advancements in technology, Singapore’s efforts to automate manual care processes have evidently paid off.
“Today, we have a tech showcase featuring more than 50 technologies and digital solutions ranging from solutions that help you enhance productivity to providing smart services and a seamless experience for your service users”, observed Ms Tan. “Just to give you a sense, Tetsuyu CARES is a case management platform that can automate case management, reduce documentation, [and] enable multidisciplinary collaboration, this platform has the added advantage of being integrated with AIC systems”, she adds.
Tetsuyu Healthcare has been working hard to enhance care procedures and systems in the social service sector through integrated technology and tools. It is a great honour to be recognized at such a celebrated event like Social Service Summit 2021 by NCSS.
