Current vacancies

We are looking for an experienced hands-on iOS Developer who will also mentor other mobile developers as they collaborate on product and project management.

You will be the product manager for CARES4WOUNDS, our AI Enabled Wound Management App. You will also work on CARES Mobile, the companion app for CARES, our care management system.

Beyond technical skills, you should be a good team player and possess good communication skills.

 Responsibilities

  • Plan and Execute Product Technical Roadmap for CARES4WOUNDS
  • Understand User Requirements and Collaborate with other team members to identify technical tasks
  • Work with the team to do Quick Prototypes to Envision Solutions
  • Partner QA /RA Lead on Quality Management requirements and technical documentation for Regulatory Approvals
  • Mentor Junior Mobile Developers in your team
  • Partner Backend Developers to ensure Seamless Execution of APIs
  • Partner Marketing Team in Technical Presentations, Solutioning with Clients to meet Business Goals and Secure New Deals
  • Collaborate on Customer Support to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Clinicians, Users and other experts to incorporate insights into Product Design.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External resources to build Strategic Capabilities e.g. AI and Data Analytics

  • Experience in AI e.g. Machine Learning for Image Processing

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and Strategise Work Schedule
  • Plan, Budget, Oversee and Document all aspects of the specific project you are working on
  • Organize and Attend Project Meetings.
  • Assist in Defining and Gathering the Requirements
  • Create Detailed Solution/Service Design based on Functional Specifications and Convey and Clarify Requirements with Developers/Clients
  • Participate in Design Specifications and Prototype Workshops, and Coordinate the User Acceptance Test, User Training, User Change Management, Pre-Implementation Preparation and Post-Implementation Support Activities
  • Work closely with Clients and Developers to Identify and Analyze Business Issues/Risks

Experience

  • Report directly to Project Director

Requirements

  • Bach Degree in System Information, Computer Science or equivalent Information Technology disciplines
  • At least 2 years of Business and / or System Analysist or IT Project Management experience
  • Strong Aptitude and Attitude towards Learning

  • Highly Organized and Possess Ability to manage multiple projects or task concurrently
